Within Rural India’s diverse landscape, access to Quality Education is one of the greatest challenges. PARD has played a critical role in addressing this challenge by dedicating itself for many years to closing the education gap with the express intent of becoming the Best NGO in India through Excellence in Education.

We focus on ensuring that each resource is utilized to its fullest, that each program has been developed with a long-term effect in mind and that every decision we make has the community's welfare as its prime consideration. Our ultimate goal is to create a development model that not only is successful but also is positively responsive and transformative.
PARD's Focus: Why We Aim to be the Best Education NGO in India
Our work is divided into many areas however education is at the heart of everything that we do. We strongly believe in developing a community, by ensuring their children have an education. This belief has made us the Leading Education NGO in India.
We don't just focus on putting children in a classroom, we also want them to attain a holistic education that will equip them with the skills necessary for their future years.
There are many things that are done through our programs that address the causes of disparity in education. For example:
Formal Education Support - Through our program we provide scholarships (financial assistance), school supplies (uniforms), and therefore prevent financial hardship from being a barrier to withdrawal from school.
Digital Literacy - We are building Digital Literacy Centres throughout rural areas of the country, targeting to provide computer skills and access to resources for rural area students, ultimately opening doors of information and opportunity to students.
After School Support - We are providing tutorial/remedial classes for students who are struggling, to help them keep pace with their peers.
Life Skills & Awareness - Our services extend beyond academics, through workshops on health/hygiene/social issues, to help produce well rounded, responsible citizens.
It is this comprehensive approach that solidifies our ambition to be the Best Education NGO in India. We see education not as a single intervention but as a continuous journey of support and empowerment for each child.
The Ripple Effect of Quality Education
Educating a child changes lives — not only the life of the child, but also the life of the child's family and eventually the lives of all the members of their community. An educated child is more likely to get a job that provides stability for their family, make informed choices about their health, and provide his/her children with an education. This change occurs on a ripple effect basis; therefore, we are focused on this work. Our organization PARD is committed to creating generations of change-makers who will uplift themselves and their communities from the cycle of poverty.
As we continue our journey to become the Best NGO in India, our motivation is fueled by the success stories we have each day: a girl who is the first in her family to attend college, a boy using the computer skills he learned through our programs to assist his father's small business, a community that has begun to look at education through the lens of opportunity for all children.
